Once

When dew was heavy
On spring green shrubs
Streetlights sparkled the droplets
We walked alone
Hand in hand
A soundless song
Played along
To the rhythm of our steps
How can such sweetness
Be unrepeatable

I'm reporting you to the postal authorities for inseminating homosexual imagery with words like 'dew' and 'droplets'. This moral pestilence must stop. Otherwise it's a pretty good poem!

I'm sorry the dew was dragged into it. Maybe next time mist.
